Sara Barczak and Stephen Smith from the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy called in from the PSC hearings that begin today to scrutinize a request by the state’s two largest utilities to pass on to consumers more than half a billion dollars associated with the planned construction of four new nuclear reactors.
